Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our policy regarding order cancellation, refunds and payment disputes.

1. Business Nature

PRABHAT POULTRY FARM is engaged in broiler poultry farming and the wholesale supply of live broiler chickens. Since we deal with live animals and perishable goods, this Refund & Cancellation Policy is designed accordingly.

2. Order Cancellation

  • Customers may request cancellation before the order is confirmed for dispatch.
  • If transportation has already been arranged or the birds have been prepared for delivery, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
  • Advance payments for cancelled orders may be subject to reasonable administrative or transportation charges, where applicable.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered only under genuine circumstances such as:

  • Duplicate payment made by the customer.
  • Payment received but the order could not be fulfilled by PRABHAT POULTRY FARM.
  • Incorrect payment amount charged due to a verified technical error.
  • Any other situation approved by the management after verification.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Orders cancelled after dispatch or transportation has started.
  • Customer is unavailable to receive the delivery.
  • Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
  • Change of mind after confirmation.
  • Losses caused due to improper handling after delivery.
  • Price fluctuations in the poultry market after booking.
Important: As we supply live broiler chickens, returns are generally not accepted once the birds have been delivered and accepted by the customer.

5. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will normally be processed within 5–7 business days. The credited amount may take additional time depending on your bank or payment service provider.

6. Payment Gateway Transactions

Online payments are processed through secure and authorized payment gateway providers. In case of payment failure or duplicate transaction, customers should contact us immediately with their payment reference number.

7. Dispute Resolution

If you believe a payment or order has been processed incorrectly, please contact us within 48 hours of the transaction. We will investigate the matter and provide an appropriate resolution.
